I have admitted my mother in this hospital today & submitted 15k as admission fees. After 3-4 hours when no one attended her I chose to discharge her & admit at some other hospital. To my surprise I came to know that they will not refund any amount which is very pathetic. For 3-4 hours of admission and that too when u are unattended they are charging 15k. One of my badest experiences & will take strict action against them in upcoming days. Guys beware of this hospital.
I was admitted at the hospital for the diagnosis of liver infection. Doctors detected the virus at once and really helped me in recovering. All the staff members are humble and disciplined. A big thanks to everyone for helping me.
Park hospital is the best hospital. We are fully satisfied. All staff are focused and supportive. Good ICU care,all medicines provided. Oxygen facility available. We have not a single issue faced in pandemic time.
My experience with park hospital was excellent. My cousin admit on 10 may staff is quiet good supportive nursing staff gave us we good care. All staff are very humble once again thanks to all park west delhi
This is a terrible hospital. They killed my perfectly healthy mother. The level of apathy from the staff and doctors is unbelievable. Criminal negligence of the patients. My mother died because of an internal bleed and these criminals said her heart failed. When we questioned how it happened, they had no explanation. All doctors are incompetent and you should never believe a word they say. They will keep your patient in a life and death situation just to keep them critical enough for ICU and so you can’t take them home. These people are criminals. Remember that. Never go to this hospital. You will lose your family members just like I did along with tens of others.
