I had a Knee Operation of both knees (partial) done by Dr Kaley it was 100% Successful, after few months I was as normal in walking as norman walk.very good Dr.gor knee operation
Wrost Hospital in Delhi Ncr .. please don't come here for anything....terrible hospital in terms of bad staff, mismanagement, misbehaviour. Staff of this hospital are not supporting, they are not professional, they don't know any thing about his/her work how to do.

I had an extremely horrendous experience with Dr. Simon Thomas and Medstar Hospital. I had seen his reviews and based on those consulted him for my mother in law's surgery. Before the surgery he was very kind to us but after my mother in law got admitted in the hospital Medstar, Paschim Vihar that he told us, it was a nightmare. The hospital was filthy dirty and the staff and nurses were not trained. There was no doctor available during the night and the nurses were changing every 2 hours and were asking all the details from us again and again instead of internally communicating amongst themselves. We were even given dirty and used disposable plates in the time of the pandemic. When we told Dr Simon Thomas about this he did not cooperate and even charged us way more than the price we had agreed on before the surgery. Even the equipments and machines were not working properly in the hospital. 3 hours before the surgery the patient was told that she needs to travel 8-9 kms for an ECG and Echo as the machines were not working and available at the hospital. We traveled in an extremely dirty and hygienic van during this COVID period which they told us was an ambulance. After this incident we immediately got out mother in law discharged and Dr. Simon Thomas did not even help us through and told us to leave. He was just after money and did not care about the patient or her health. She is a diabetic woman and was kept without food for more than 18 hours. Extremely disappointing doctor and I'm very thankful that we did not go through the surgery with him. He was extremely rude, unprofessional and money minded. Please don't read the reviews and get mislead by him. We were even charged and forced to pay 17,000 for one night at the hospital without any medicines, food or tests. We did not even get the surgery done there. All the medicines were ours and they even misplaced and stole our costly medicines. Be cautious and don't get mislead by the reviews and the doctor
