I took covishield vaccine here in PHC Dobhi Bihar at 10th May 2021, but i havent received any massage or any confirmation in my registered mobile number till now, where i gave all documents to The Nurse in this PHC Hospital, which was required like , adhaar card photocopy with mobile number and last 4 digit my Pin code, everything i wrote on A4 sheet paper then after that i submitted, but i haven't received my 1st Dose covishield vaccine certificate or i am not able to download from Arogya setu app or online Gov portal. And i am facing issue currently, 2nd Dose time is over now and i dont have any proof for 1st dose.so how can i take 2nd Dose vaccine. So How can i update this i don't have idea and currently i am in Delhi Location, i cant visit again or contact to PHC hospital Dobhi Bihar, so kindly suggest me if there is any option to update . i have registration document only. Find the attachment detail of registration form. I have very bad experience of PHC Dobhi. I think they all are making fool . There are no one taking responsibility. How can its happened like same . If it will be not resolve my issue i ll go on social media and i ll share to everyone. also i ll take lagal action.
basic facilities are available better than anyother PHC in gaya district.NUrses are very helpful over here.

Government Hospital where basic services are available, including delivery of pregnant women..
