WORST WORST WORST This hotel has given me worst experience.. hotel staff creates ruckus in hotel premises after consuming alcohol at night.. rooms are on 5th floor and lifts are blocked on 6th floor at night by the staff.. u cannot complain.. the staff on reception is least cared about this.. i was on marketing tour, on 14th feb around 11:30 i bukd a room in this hotel, i was left with no other option but to vacate the room at 12:46AM , in the middle of the night, for my own safety.. horrific experience.. i request everone , don't buk any room in this hotel..
It's very near to Jodhpur Railway station an advantage. However rooms r cosy and old fashioned. Various places paint is disband. Services are not acceptable. The reception guy is sometimes helpful but not always. So far its appropriate to stay here for only once. Service are pathetic. A lots of shortgae of staff
Good hotel,i got a room there at its top floor the view of jodhpur from there was very nice and thrilling. Staff is good and has a very good locality.hotel food service was not to good but a roof top hotel is present there.....
We booked a room at OYO 13000 Hotel Utsav residency, Jodhpur for 3 days and our booking was successful online.But when we reached the reception of hotel for check-in, we were told that the hotel is not accepting any bookings for OYO.Now we were trapped in a great problem.
This hotel is near by railway station and just 5 minutes walking distance, location is very good, easy to move any place. Staff service and food is very good. Room is very good.
