In this situation where the timing is official given by gov of 09:30 -4:30 which is followed by every other civic center but here .gov employees are king they close at 12 :00pm and restart at 03:00pm which was old timing. And no one is to tell them as it's in village and they harrasge villagers as they are not tht uffront to argue or fight .so kindly share this and let's amc know what's going on.have already complain to amc and those who read kindly fight for this sort of things bcz chnage can be done when u start.
