Barmer railway station is having really cool and calm environment along with friendly stuff. I came to Barmer for RPSC exam that was on 27th Oct 2021. 》But problem of lack of staffs on railway station. 》Not a big railway station and having only 3 platforms. 》I waited at railway station for more than 22 hours because my train was late. 》I visited Barmer, even Rajasthan 1st time in my life and found friendly people. 》Not much bigger and separate waiting area. 》Not much crowd at railway station other than local train time peak hours. 》Security is minimal at station. 》Even at night, platform lights are switched off..I don't know the reason for that. Overall, wonderful experience!
Well maintained and clean and Outside view is beautiful...... Journey to far and farther places can be done from here... Munabao near Pakistan border , journey to Pakistan via Thar express also runs via barmer
