Terrible procedure followed, got my COVID test done out on the street despite being charged sizeable amount.

The front desk female staff were courteous, helpful and well organized especially Ms.Bhuvana. She explained all the stuff in a detailed way and helped every customer in the line up with the same energy. The lab technician Kowsar and Rajeshwari were helpful and diligent in their work. They avoided being chatty or loud in presence of the clients which is a hard thing to see in Indian hospitality industry. The Radiology technicians and his helper seemed doing a great job and were very professional in their approach. The ultrasound technicians took their time and were through with their approach to their jobs. Addition of another helper in the Scanning room to assist you clean up all the gelly sticky stuff could be a great help. It is hard to do it yourself and it's embarrassing to get out of that room with all that stickiness on your clothes etc. I did not like that feeling at all. Thanks to Ms Bhuvana who allowed me to use some extra paper towel to clean up myself before I could walk out of the building. One should carry an extra towel or shirt for a change just in case. The Consultant physicians, cardiologists Mr.DivyaPrakash were great at their jobs and atleast seem to try to be on time and minimize waiting time for patients. Ateast I had a good experience on that end. Overall the place is clean and hygienic. The washrooms and sinks can be equipped with garbage Bins and automatic hand dryers or paper towels for better sanitization and hygiene etc. 4/5 stars from my end. Thank you.
My wife subscribed Health Check up package on 7th Oct. I accompanied her. We got very courteseous service from executives in Trident Diagnostic Centre...... Services were on time with very informative consultation & advise from Doctors. Lovely experience..........Thanks People!!!!
