Doctors are supposed to be god and also we understand that they are humans who have temper. But not all patients are inhuman, room number 63 ( General surgeon) is in human, arrogant and doesn't listen to patient. I am only talking about my experience. Also when the team (MCH) is replying they should also contact 1-3 star raters and not only 5 star raters. Hope to see some changes!!!
Just because it's a free and life cost hospital, doesn't give the doctors n staff to treat the patients badly. The doctors are very rude n the way they respond to the patients is also very pathetic. Have no words to say how dissatisfied I am.
