The worst experience I had was just of PGI's staff member 'Dr. Sakshi Aggarwal'. Due to some education issues the attendant present in the patient was not able to understand reports given by Dr. Sakshi . Didn't she had a kind area for the patients . When the family as for the reports she directly denied and ask them to bring the attendant who was there 3 days ago. Why there is so? Even rude behaviour towards the family and the patient was shocking. Even I just not wanted to give you one star because you never deserve it . Me and my family was very disappointed and very unsatisfied with the service.
