I went there in "Videshi sakha", my passport police verification was pending and they are not forwarding it to the local police station, so i asked the official sitting there- what is the problem. He asked for bribe(seva pani), otherwise keep waiting. This is what happening in SP office ARA, under the nose of SP.
The place is fine with bit of cleanliness.
This is a peaceful one way office area.
