The coordination was pretty well. It was not too clumsy as other government hospitals are.
Poorly managed facility. To make payment of any scan you have to go to a whole new block. Lots of unnecessary harassment of patient and family. If you are visiting, then be ready to walk here and there for atleast 5-6 kms in the hospital from one block to another. I went for my Dad's angiography. Met Dr. in OPD. He suggested for angiography the next day. On the day of angio, after it was done in morning, we had to wait the complete day till evening to just know about the result of it. One complete day, requesting the dr and nurses again and again for the result, but no response. In the evening the Dr. before leaving, briefed me about the same. Why it was not done first thing after the angiography? No answers. Cost- 7500 of the equipment/medicines used in scan which you have to purchase from the vendor who will come in front of cath lab.
Good service providers, but testing laboratory reports are so delay as per expectation.
Building is in under construction, many construction sites are there. Hundreds of patients were there due to the outbreak of dengue in Chandigarh and Mohali. Didn't understand the blood circulation of the hospital at all like, a person needed platelets so doctors asked them to arrange a donor and when they did(me), they referred to buy blood packets from the hospital itself.
Worst doctors in skin OPD and there is doctor in skin OPD her name was Dr Aastha they don't have sense how to talk with someone
