The hospital staff do not only lack professionalism which is a must in their field but also basic human decency and manners. They know they are in the wrong and yet they behave as they are doing charity and neither patient nor any other person deserves to be talked with respect. I booked a video consultation with them for my mother which was a follow up after an in-person cons. After waiting online for 2.5 hours, when I called to ask how much more time will it take for the doctor to make the call, they asked us to stop bothering them and keep waiting even if it take hours. Wow! Talk about getting paid services in this hospital. So, after waiting for nearly 3 hours we finally had a video call for a whole minute and a half and observed that the doctor had no idea about the patient and her medical history with them. I hope they will take these criticism seriously while they can. Peace!

Staff should be more helpful and informative. They are not professional at all. They behave like we are in any free sanstha. Online consultant team is not handling well they don't provide you sufficient information about how it will work.

Bad service ever I have seen, we have booked a separate room but while my mother was in ICU they told my father to leave the room in mid night excusing that we will allot you new room in morning when patient got discharge from ICU..there is no rules at all very much upset with SERVICE.. how can they ask someone to go on road though bill has been paid as per commitment to give a separate room.. Rediculas behavior ever..
