I am quite satisfied with the service given... at most care was received for my patient. Doctors and nursing staff were excellent and very caring... staff was polite and helpful. Hospital has maintained good cleanliness and hygiene overall. Food service is also excellent. Patient received the food on time and in hygenic manner.food served in accordance to advise from dietitian, so no need to worry.
Overall service provided at the hospital is good. All the facilities are available under one roof. No need to go out for tests. All the departments like Doctors , nurses, staff , customer care , canteen , medical , billing are up to the mark. I am satisfied with the service provided.

Good doctors but hospital infrastructure is not worth of fees charged. There is lot of waiting period for simple tests to be done. I experienced it twice and patient needs to keep waiting and waiting for the doctors to peform the tests. Hospital management needs to be improved along with infrastructure.
