This is government hospital and research center. All types of facilities, service are available here. Doctors are well experienced and behavior with patients as well other people's is very well. Most important thing is location no that much crowded Area don't get problem for ambulance.
No doubt Dr Mallu is one of the best dr in town but recently come across the worst expiriance regarding hospital service During 4 hours of dialysis tratment they deny to provide help to open there lunch box . When I enquire about it they said such service is can not be provided to paitiant. Now we need to stay idle for 2 hrs in hospital just to open lunch box . We are treating Mother in hospital only because Dr. Is best.
Lower level Staff and Nurses not capable.They are enjoy in Telgu speaking so much they are not interested in patient.For my relative I was calling them but they were not listening.Every body said it is the problem of whole hospital and no one can do anything.

We have paid in advance, when admit in hospital Rs. 5000/- Advance Receipt No. 17457 Dt. 25/08/2021 of my Child Name Pranav Udaykumar Bitla Admited Indoor No. 4687 Dt. 25/08/2021 but we have cashless treatment of Star Health Insurance Policy No. P/161130/01/2021/110962 also did claim settlement. Paid from Star health insurance Vide Cheque / DD No: N261211641523830 Date: 18/09/2021 Amt Rs. 14,911/-. and Till date 28.9.2021 not any call from Hospital for take advance 5000/- and when we have mail to hospital but not not any reply mail and not proper coordination. This is a account department work. This is harassment for me in last 1.5 month.
