I visited old passport office bareilly today due to my file status (no update was made after file submission). Here, First, I met with a lady sorry I don't know her name , she listened my concerned very patiently and then within 15 min , she called me to met with Mr. Naseem (RPO) bareilly . Guys, I'm amazed to see how helpful was him, I haven't seen any officer ( with due respect to everyone) to be so knowledgeable, polite and humble not just with me but with everyone who were present in that cabin and Lastly, how can I forget Mr. Dinesh who make the entire query process so smooth and fast. Kudos to all RPO bareilly team ,I wish we receive this type of service in every offices 👏👏👏👏👏👏

I applied for my passport since 14 months back still didnt recive it.
Pathetic Service. This is the situation of every Government office. They behave like a God. Treat us like Insect .. No professionalism of staff. No Etiquette
Really disappointed by service of this Gov't office becouse they are giving cover of passport forcefully.....if someone deny they start begging....i don't want that cover at cost of 400, i can buy it from somewhere else with 50 bucks only.....if someone is there for reading this review, Do something to make environment of the office happy and convenient....pathetic service.. really disappointed 😡😡😡😡
