Not proper response of Reception working staff. They have no idea how to arrange a meet patient to Doctor.
No parking, support staff not at all cooperative like wise the ambiance is not good but the crux of the situation is no alternative
Worst... hospital...in patna I have admitted my father there for covid 19 (corona) treatment...first they charge 2 lac for admit ... my dad condition is good...but within 1 day...I got call from internal staff of nestiva that your patient died...whom I give some money for information about my dad....I never got call officially about patient..when I reach to hospital...they say your patient is on ventilator. 3rd class employee behaviour like doctor nurse and others. They only want money from patient sides. So pls be careful before admit this hospital.
Don't be cheated by the fake reviews of good facility like us. This hospital is totally a life loser. You can hardly find anyone out live after being admitted to it in covid situation. 25-35 years old Doctors with least experience and most negligence. They even can't care for food for patients. I lost my brother after he being admitted there as we were helpless because no other hospital was ready to take the patient from this hospital. We lost our everything. We were there for many days and saw only deaths, daily. Be care
