Very poor service and bad behaved staffs at reception. I was suppose to undergo a USG at this place and before making payment for the same I asked them for a time slot. On my arrival after waiting for half an hour when I enquired about my USG they replied to that they "called me at 2:30 but have not committed for doing the test at 2:30. I am being asked to wait for another 1 and half hours , amidst these pandemic scenario I am being forced to wait for 1 hr 30 mins just to wait for my time.
The lab is a part of Metropolis Healthcare and the overall team of doctors and lab technicians are very good. The test was done within 15-30 mins after we reached. However, the report was given 4 hours after the tests. It is understandable as there were several tests and we went in the afternoon.
Rude people. Worst service. Pathetic management.
They have very advanced and sophisticated machine so the reports are accurate and acceptable but the registration process is to much long and boring. One need to wait for 1/2 hours for registration only than they will tell you to wait for 4/5 hours to wait for test. The customer waiting place is also too small. Moreover the results are good but the process is too long and boring.
Worst service ,with customer harasment, I came to lab by 9.30am ,after receipt they call me on 10.30am after that I sit for 2hours then they said more 40munits will take for the test . So rud behaviour worst
