Obviously there are insufficient stuffs in the bank, and some of them don't behave well even with the aged a/c holders... They should understand the fact that the bank is, no doubt, located in a rural and a little developed area. So the people of this area are naturally not much educated. But the bank-stuffs, oftentimes, speak in Hindi with the customers having very little knowledge in Hindi...
