Needs to learn about crowd management. They take appointments bit dont give serial no resulting in long queues at the clinic without place to sit for many patients. Waiting time for patients is too long. Visited there only due to the doctor, else clinic is still operating like clinics of 1990s.
Very bad staff behaviour particularly of the female staffs at the Cash Counters. 'Link' gets delinked off and on & they 'forget' to hand over the Cash Receipts on this plea. I have had to go there later again (which they failed to give while receiving the payment) to collect it incurring Rs.60 as Rikshwa fare. Hundreds of complaints found against this clinic. Is there any management ?
Nice clinic with good doctors. Clean and tidy, hygienic environment.
Very unprofessional and ignorant staff members at the report collection counter. When I went to collect USG report at the given time schedule, they did not search in the reports they already had with them and told me that report had not come and asked to wait. After waiting for an hour, it was found that the report was already available with them and just because they were casual, insensitive and did not know importance of time, they kept me waiting. Management should look into this.
Worst clinic with minimal knowledge of customer care and behaviour with clients. We booked appointed in the morning by visiting but at the scheduled time we delayed for 15 mins so they dragged our slot at the end of all patients, i.e. 10 patients. If it is their system then no point of advance booking requirements. They charged bank payment transaction fees without giving us receipt for that. Reception ladies are very unprofessional. Not at all a suggested place for people
