The people doesn’t know how to take a simple DD(Demad Draft). They need a account with them and even a hard copy of passbook. India is trying to get digital and these people trying hard to make it worse. God knows how these people are getting selected to serve people with the daily banking needs. Doesn’t even know how to treat customers.
