DOWNGRADING RATING : pathetic OPD reception management! DO NOT VISIT UNLESS YOU DO NOT HAVE ANY OPTION, NO SOCIAL DISTANCING. Hospital management should seriously look at behaviour of aunties at first floor reception. They really need to be trained on manners.

Please institute a clear advance appointment system for OPD. The practice of having to come over, take a token and keep waiting forever is very archaic!! Hoping this is a quick win to address!
Hospital is not bad but not good either. Parking is a pain if you are taking yr own vehicle. Located at a very chaotic place. Doctors coming there are good,but like any other hospital the attitude of the administration and persons involved are as if they are doing you a big favour. Otherwise quite convenient especially for those residing around that area.
Not attending call and if attende not speaks properly the management attitude is not good towards patients
