We were referred to Dr. Maulesh Dholakia Sir at Venus Hospital through Rotary Club of Baroda, Kalanagri as my Dad is the Honorary Member there. Dr. Dholakia is one of the renowned Urologist in Entire Gujarat. He has not only been one of the best Doctors But he is a Great Human Being as well. The Management, Doctors, Admin, Nursing Staff and down the line ward staff has been outstanding IN their services and especially in taking care of the Patient. Cleanliness IN rooms and overall premises along with Follow up with the patients has been top notch... We are really satisfied with the entire experience which made us quite comfortable and cured the problem with utmost care and expertise. My father in law got admitted for a surgery to remove tumor from his back and to also strengthen his back. Surgery lasted over 3 hours and he was able to walk from the second day. Had intermittent fever a couple of times post surgery but that was taken care of. Prosthetics used were Titanium, which is the best material available in the market. Surgery was performed by Dr. Rakesh Luhana. Nursing staff was amazing and the room was also good and neatly maintained. Only improvement I see is that there has to be a system where the prescription is sent directly to pharmacy and is delivered to the patient rather than someone going and collecting them everyday, especially if it’s cashless like in our case. The experience from getting admitted to getting discharged was smooth.
I had an open surgery and it went very smooth. never had any pain or any kind of side effects till now. Dr Maulesh Sir is a very kind person and expert in what he does. They will never suggest you false prescriptions or false advices. Also the staff member are very supportive and kind toward each and every patient. It doesn't feel like a typical hospital, it feels like home.
