They cheat by telling fast tag is not working and take cash without giving the receipt. You only get to know after an hour or so when you get SMS. There are no automated gate and display like other tool booth which is why they are able to cheat. I can see lot of similar experiences shared from last few months. I am not sure how to log official complain.
