Needs to improve tremendously on informing the patients the details of the treatment. There are just too many important details that are not intimated to the patients before they could make a proper decision. The patients must be made aware thoroughly on the cases so that they can decide on what's the best for them.

This review is from the online Complain Cell of Manipur, established on 1st Januray, 2002. Acme Fertility and Health Care Centre located at Purana Rajbari, Nongmeibung Rd, Angom Colony, Imphal, Manipur 795001, the hospital is one among the blooming healthcare centers in Imphal area. The Center is becoming known by the people of the statewide for it's good services. As of now, the facilities providing in this center is medium standard, and hoping to upgrade more and more sooner than later up to the topmost one. As per the comments given by the various patients, the Managing Director of the center, Dr. James Elangbam and most of his associates are doing quite good job with their exemplary efforts. But a few effort to be done by its operation and management is still pending to recruit most dedicated staff who have the concept of roles and responsibilities of being an agent of healthcare services. Very chaotic!!!management(front desk)pathetically understaffed.need serious review on this.waiting time too long..either decrease the no. of appointments or increase the staff.
