I was admitted for COVID Pneumonia where major part of my lung was involved and was under a critical condition. I was under oxygen support for more than a month. I would like to thank Dr. RAMEEZ (Physiotherapist) who is always professional and compassionate. He relates well to people and takes time to listen and takes appropriate action on the symptoms. He is good at building trust with his patients. At one stage I was under a narrow hope of my life and at this point of time Dr. Rameez who gave me all the confidence with a expert medical care to battle the disease. Now Alhamdulillah I have almost recovered by the grace and blessings of Allah The Almighty. I would strongly recommend Dr. Rameez as a Physiotherapist to anybody In Shaa Allah.
Good doctor good cordition between patients party overall superb service staff nurse so hate to high land hosipatal iam from goa but we get good service and advice

Canteen facility here is worst and they charge more for each and everything. If they improve thier quality with reasonable price then definitely it would be great for the patients because hosp canteen should charge lesser than any other restraunts. The canteen here is not as good as this hospital is. Nurses hospitality is also not up to mark.
my father was hospitalized there for almost a month. And the experience i had with the nurses were worst. They were not kind or even bothered to answer any of the questions that we ask for sake of the patient. As long as i have known nurses are described as a person strong enought i tolerate anything and soft enough to understand anyone. But it is vice versa there. The nurses and the caretakers pretended like the owner of the hosptl, where we had come for work. I wouldn't say everyone were like that. Only 2 of the nurses were kind enough to communicate with us and explain whenever we had a doubt. Thanks to you both😊i would love to give 0 stars but then had to put 1 coz i wanted to write a review. Next time you hire a nurse please please hire nurses who are kind and Who has desire to care, to serve or to help their patients and smiles a lot.
