A sublime experience. I honestly did not have any high expectations from Family care but I am pleasantly surprised by the services and especially the professional approach by the staff. Be it Doctors, Nurses, Housekeeping they were amazing. To add to the above also would like to mention the front office staff have been very co operative and very helpful. Staff on the Customer desk is very cooperative, and they were very prompt in connecting to the right doctors and assisting in the appointment and from there on the consulting doctor. The care and attention from all the department heads and staff were remarkable. Everybody is duty-oriented and approachable. Excellent punctuality and sincerity among the various team I came across, and under one roof, I got my treatment.
