Very worst hospital... Pls don't go to hospital..money suckers😡😡 My brother has admitted in this hospital.. due to some kidney problem.. the second day itself the report showed good result.. but for money.. they did something to my brother.. and made the health condition to dangerous and extended his admission days.. after one week without any improvement we have discharged him from the hospital.. but after discharge with my mom's good care he is fine now.. .if he continued his days in hospital his health may gone to critical stage but fortunately we discharged him and he is fine now.. don't go to his hospital... For money they can do anything... This hospital is not prefer to poor people... Only rich people can go... Charge is very high
Nurses are not well trained. Simple procedures also they don't know how to handle. In emergency care duty doctors are not well trained and not responsible. For Simple problem they are creating panic situations and forcing us to admit the patient where the same problem treated without admission by other hospitals. Infrastructure only seems to be good other than this waiting time, treatment way, lab tests report are not good. No proper response from the lab technician and staffs. Some senior Dr directly prescribed MRI scans where other hospitals diagnosed the problem exactly without wasting money and suggesting for MRI scan. Even if you get Dr appointment also you can't see the Dr on time. You will have to wait min 1hr to consult Dr Even though you booked the appointment. No proper management and very poor management people. Lack of experience on handling the patients questions. If you have financially settled well, you can prefer this hospital and waste your money. Strongly not recommending this hospital for middle class people.
The best hospital, the doctors are best!!! staff and nurses are so understanding and so sweet to receive the patients. The patients treatments and comfort is more important to them.... and other expenses are reasonable. They fill confidence to the patients that they can recover soon than the expected.
Went to Naruvi for a health checkup and doctor consultations on 24th Aug. Hospital is very cleanly maintained. Appointment process was very well managed and we hardly had to wait and run around. If you have to meet with multiple doctors (like in my case) you are given one room and doctors come there at specified times to meet you. One of the best things about the hospital was that there was no hospital smell at all. OP staff were extremely friendly and always on the move helping folks out. Cafeteria is also clean, well managed and had good food. Upon talking to the staff, found out that all of the medical equipment are the latest that is in the market and few of them are a first in South India, India and some even in South Asia.
Money Minded people...... Middle class and Low income people cant afford here........ "Money is before service" ...... Although the treatment they provide is good with all the facilities available in a world class standards ...........but the cost of that treatment which is affordable by common people is the main draw back here.................. Had a Self Experience personally ..........
