It is one of the biggest and the best hospital in the region. It definitely has the potential to deliver much better services. It is ,we understand at a nascent stage and with time things will be better. It takes a lot of courage, financial risks to set up such a huge infrastructure with no hope of returns on financial investments for that the owners of this hospital deserve a salute. Life is not about getting, but giving back. You people have done the unimaginable, investing in a white elephant for the betterment of the society at large. There will always be disgruntled people, do not loose heart, neither patience. We have yet to see another political entity like Dr Rajdeep Roy ,whose whole hearted support is making it possible. Keep up the good work, not only will the people of this region benefit but lot of employment will be generated. Now lives can be saved as excellent neurosurgeon is available, some day we hope good heart care will be available, but then we need to understand that it's difficult to get good doctors to shift from big cities and metro where they are more comfortable.
Registration once done is valid for 6 months only. This not justified. Registration should be valid at least for 3 years. Even the municipal registration for vendors are valid for 1 year. The institute is not accepting digital payment. This is gross violation of national policy regarding payment.
Very very poor experience I gathered from that hospital. Nursing staffs are not at all cooperative. Doctors are well experienced but apart from them others things are very bad. I hope this hospital will shine one day and treat their patients adequately.
Hospital is well maintained, very neat and clean.But only the general wards are functional,not much facility for the attendant to spend the night.
