Dr. Sahadev, Senior Doctor in General Medicine, Holly Cross Hospital is a great, dedicated, thoughtful and compassionate doctor. I would first thank him for treating my dad so well as he was infected with COVID 19 pneumonia and discharged. Dr Sahadev is very understanding and listens to your concerns. He takes time with the patient to help them with their health issues. He was kind and friendly. I had a great visit and the doctor's demeanor had really put me at ease so i highly recommend him to anyone looking for a specialist.
Hygeinic atmosphere, cordial relations, good treatment, no rush of patients. Doctors and nurses helpful
Pathetic Nursing service. We waited for Discharge summary for 5 hours, once we received nurses forgot to give a injection which was supposed to give before 5 hours. Again waited for another 2 hours. Never ever going to come back again to Holycross. Services suck at this location. Wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.
Pl don't go to this hospital, they are not doctors they are devils. They will kill patients. My recent experience my father in law has been admitted because of Covid. 10 days he was there in hospital and finally he is no more. They will not treat patients will love and affection. These doctors are like VIPs, they will visit once or twice a day, no healthy discussion with patients. They treat patients formally as if they have to work because they are doctors. That's it. Finally they charged huge amount after 10 days. I suggest pl don't go to this hospital.
Am here sharing my experience with this hospital specific to blood bank. I totally didn't have pleasant experience with the staff at the blood bank management. 1 The staff is really clueless on their roles and responsibilities. 2 Very slow in feedback and followup 3 The person who is supposed to take the blood sample before receiving blood from the donor, really lacks experience and he literally is clueless in finding veins. ( have internal bleeding at the place where needle was inserted ) 4 The staff is supposed to explain the dos and don't to the donor. They didn't do that. 5 As a regular donor I know the various checklist am supposed to follow, if you just ask the name and age how would you receive blood from a new donor who is donating it for the first time and might be a regular medicine consumer or had alcohol before donation or had underwent surgeries or tattoos. ? 6 The administration must give an acknowledged letter or certificate for the blood donated at least when it's a voluntary donation. Overall I would not come back to this blood bank ever again.
