Mismanagement, non-cooperating employees, Pathetic experience, better change the base branch. I did same.
The worst experience that one could have. You'd have to convince, beg these guys to get the services that you pay for in the first place. If they treat educated people who can argue with them, like this, just imagine how would they treat the uneducated customers who can't counter the vague excuses that these guys make. Frustrating experience. Would not suggest anybody to go with SBI and specially not in this branch.
