Update: The staff are now quite nice and helpful. Delivery speed and success rate has improved significantly. ————————— Original Review ————————— 1. The worst delivery rate among all post offices I have sent letters from. The LOCK on the post box itself is BROKEN (refer pictures), so anyone can take out letters from the post box. 2. Staff handles parcels very negligently. 3. Despite multiple complaints to the postal department over a period of months (and promises from their side that action will be taken and changes will be made), nothing has changed. Overall: Avoid this post office! It’s worth the effort to travel an extra 3km to the Nallakunta / Ramanthapur Post Offices.
