Dr ajeet pradhan is one of the best doctor.
Good doctors but very bad ward boys. Not all but some of the staff like ward boy and patient helper are very rude who have no idea of the fact that they are dealing with patients. No one goes to a hospital for fun. Some of the staff nurse, ward boy and patient helper do not care for patients and behave as if they are the owners of the hospital. If you have an option to choose some other hospital, please do so. Otherwise, make sure you take feedback twice daily from your relative or friend (the patient) on whether the staff are helping or not.
The worst hospital I have ever seen. The service is pathetic. My father got cardiac arrest and was admitted there for 15 days ,and there was not a single improvement. They just keep 20 patients in single icu with no facility . They give water in steel glass which is not been washed from day 1. My father need oxygen mask and ask one of the nurse but she denied to give him . Dr Alok only give fake sympathy that your dad is doing well and improving but he got infected because of poor sanitization. If patient wants to use urine pot they just give that pot and kept there only they don't even throw it and wash it really very bad experience by Dr alok and Pradhan . Then my friend suggested me to visit Dr vikas singh he is like next to god and best cardio . Never ever visit to jeevak they just make money and don't save the patient. Must visit Mediversal for any kind of problem it's one of the best hospital with all the facility.And for cardio Dr Vikas Singh is best and I would like to thank him as he saved my dad from all the things .
This hospital is very jenuine for middle class family. Dr. Alok Kumar is best doctor.
