Horrible experience. I got my daughter's birth certificate 2 years later after applying. Lazy and irresponsible staff. No value for people's time. Treats people as if they are their slaves. Government should look into this matter and make their service as good as private sector.
Municipal corporation of Kaithal 1. Visited here to get the birth certificate of my. Process to get it is very slow staff also here is not co-operative. Please beware of touts, as they can charge anything if they know the urgency of your matter. All are playing with poor people some time staff also not on his duty just they create a problem with people. 3. Signage is OK, but can be improved. 4. Offices and outside premises are very good.
