They follow strict rules in maintaining hygiene and cleanliness throughout the establishment, which is more important to both mother and baby during this pandemic. Lastly, needless to say, Doctors and staff are extremely professional and cooperative.
One of the top best Dr Savitha Devi Mam for gynecology. Lots of patients there usually prefer her for consultation.. But men's aren't allowed inside the clinic the only issue.. Washroom is very hygienic and is cleaned many times.. Hospital is very clean...
Hi swapna health care I'm very upset the treat of hospital staff. Due to they behave very busy they don't listen the words of patients , they are very hurry that won't check the files of patience belong to whom , they blindly take others files , until we notice personally is that our file or someone else. After consultant doctor wrote some tests, i don't know who one guy came directly talking about operation has to done cost leads to very high. I noticed that operation not belongs to me. They don't know to whom they treating to whom they suggesting . Please inform to your staff patiently and asks the patient name before treating them. Why they are very hurry I don't know initial listen the patience words.
Dr.Savitha madam treated us very well in terms of understanding our issues in detail and specific. The staff right from Dr savitha to the nurses treated me with full empathy and concern their investigations are the most transparent and true
A great experience as a first timer. The services I received from Swapna Healthcare was good. Dr.Y. Savitha Devi not only has she taken great effort/care of my health but also she is lovely to speak at every appointment/meet. It's rare to find a doctor that combines such personal touches and care of patients as a person with outstanding quality of medical care. I highly recommend being her patient. All doctors were very well and taken care towards patients. It's very well mannered staff good co-ordination with patients. The rooms were clean and hygienic. Overall experience is satisfactory.
