minimum waiting time , doctors give adequate time, listen to their patients and help out, support staff is very soft spoken and always ready to help. all over a good experience, will suggest every family member and friend to visit this hospital in case of eye related problem. and doctors have good reputation and their operations are very successful
One of the worst hospital....... there only one mentally "Business".....Business with out they can't see anything...
The receptionist is a very rude lady. She doesn't gives proper information and misleads the patient. When asked about why she did so, we received the answer that she doesn't have time to talk and explain. Rest of the attendants find themselves to be superior to that of the doctors. Wearing white overcoats doesn't make them doctors. Behavior is too rude. Doctors behavior is undoubtedly good. If you are going here it will take a long time so be prepared.
My mother eyes didn't work well. Dr.indrojit sarkar performed the operation. Some staff behavior are very bad and they forget their responsibility
My father unable see from left eye properly after phaco treatment from there. Dr. S Bhattacharya performed the operation. They were doing good some years before. Now they are focusing on making money. They will always persuade you take take high packages lens. And didn't perform any test that that particular lens can be properly adjusted/treated with that high priced lens. My father operated with their highest cost lens for Rs. 17500. And now unable to see properly.
