Nice little falls at the end of a fairly steep downhill trek. There are two places where it's very slushy and it's a lot safer to do the trek wearing shoes. You go through a very scenic tea estate and a forest area. Return is a fairly tiring uphill trek and some spots are a bit slippery. The falls were quite nice, worthwhile trip for the slightly adventurous folks.
If you like to explore then this place is a really great nature delight for you. The trail to reach the falls goes through forest and end up in this nice river come falls. You can spend some time seating by the river and clicking some pictures.
Remote location only limited people going there. Generally all travels show this waterfall from Dolphins nose side of Coonoor, Very good approach road. Need to walk 500 meters to see the excellent waterfall at free fall location
It's a private water falls and the entry to this falls is a difficult path. Only fit or average build person can try getting down and up in the hills to make it to this falls. From the drop point of your vehicle, you have to walk at least 3 kms in the hills to see the water area. The view and fresh water is energetic.
Very serene and beautiful, this place was amazing. One should spend good time looking at the beauty surrounding the falls. The falls have a side view, thus don't be disappointed not to see its front view.
