Had very good experience at rainbow. Dr shaswat is really well experienced and did really treat well. Also doctor did listen to all the concerns and reverted on all our queries with patience. Also the nurses were well behaved and did attend on request. Only concern was from the hospital administration with respect to discharge process Discharge was done at morning 10 by doctor but the whole process took lot of time and we left hospital only at 6PM. This can sometimes impact outstation patients who have to travel.
I am very thankful to Rainbow hospital and especially Dr.Niharika for having a lot of patience and making things understandable. I am very much blessed to have her as my doctor. Tons of gratitude and thanks for making the experience so much better for me. Treatment given by her deserve immense thanks and appreciation.
We haven't felt like an hospital, it was just like a home .They took care of my wife and baby with utmost care. Dr Sailaja was awesome and she made us so comfortable provided the best suggestion and the surgery was very smooth.We are glad that we got a right person and made a right choice. The nurse Roja during night hours took a good care of my baby like a family member, appreciate her service. I appreciate the entire team Rainbow for maintaining the hygiene at place.
