All the security guard and the enquiry member they don't have courtesy to speak to anyone,ill mannered staff,they are very rude to everyone...The trust should look after this....we came for enquiry and we came back without any information as they didn't cooperated. This kind of staff is responsible for spoiling reputation of such a big trust. Very disappointed

So poor...totally fraud...local area impact...no one take care of patients..just show off...nothing is free...they are not paying from there own pocket...most of staff are rubbish.Very rude in nature...my child was admitted via call they kept us for a 7 days and pre surgery ward put on chilling through running AC's after asking to please maintain the temperature then they replied most of child developed some fever so we can't raise it.but what about those who were impacted by the dropping the temp and resultant stuffy nose and cough and then they decline our baby by saying your baby having coughing issue we cannot operate. Maintaining paper by creating crowd and make entry..how some of the person rate as 5 star I don't thing there are really spent 1week or not..my child was admitted on 16th and get discharge on 24th due to fever occurred on 23rd...is 16th to 22nd was really in observation 🤔 ..all patient spent there almost in a single bed sheet..(reality of pre surgery ward)provided by SSSH...I don't think a good star provider...didn't know the status...of washroom...like public toilet..almost everywhere mosquito...and the patient don't know there number...when have there surgery would be done .false number are showing in status of today's surgery patients. Why these points are not highlighted by any one.my child was only impacted due to huge crowd occupied the cabin.nothings come free...and who said that ...no cash counter....are there searched .
This heart' hospital is very best treatment in india, I proudly it's hospital.
