Facilities provided by doctors, staff, members all are good. A daily routine check is also provided by the hospital. The behaviour of all the team is very cooperative they all work together in form of a team that is the good part of the hospital. The daily routine of the doctor and they daily asked the patient about health and sensation.
SIMS provides excellent medical services. Consultants pay special attention to patients and support staff are also very caring. I was admitted for covid and I am more than satisfied for their service.
Customer care and landline number is never reachable. For such a big hospital, multiple lines must be available for 24x7. Even when we visit at hospital reception, one receptionist is taking calls and also generating OPD cards. It takes hours in line. Worst experience. I visited 10-15 times. Everytime same scenario. Don't expect emergency services from this hospital

Now a days health care is utmost importance to all of us however suyash hospitals is giving good service with very cheaper maintenance. All the Drs, medical staff, nursing care are good. Best wishes!
