It's a major town Panchayat. Another name for this bus stop is Gurusamy Palayam which is a few hundred metres south of this bus stop and part of the same Panchayat and so used interchangeably by many. Can stop for a quick chai but no quality food options in the bus stop.
It is a main bus stop in the route of Erode-Rasipuram main road.
