POPS staff behaviour is very good
Very slow services.. No rules of online appointment
This office is still in 2010 era, not accepting the SMS as appointment. They have moved my last name to first name itself by forcefully. I deined, but they were not ready to process my passport only.

Timing :- monday to Friday 9am to 5:30 pm Lunch time :- 1:30 pm - 2:00pm
