Totally money minded place. Bad doctors and staff. Never recommend anyone to visit here. Everyone has to waste the entire day to meet the doctor. All the cases of admit patients are handled by his juniors only. These junior doctors look more like hooligans than doctors. Instead of treating , they are more interested in extracting ,Do not go there. There are many lot better options and better doctors available now in Kanpur. लुटेरे है लुटेरे,, इस होसपिटल में कभी भी मत जाना ।
There must be an option to rate zero rather than minimum one star. As many people wrote their bad experience, its true that staff is totally unprofessional. They have behavioural issue. Their way of talking and language both are extremely worst as a professional staff of such big name hospital. For appointment you have to come early in the morning (before 7am) with paitent and with treatment file but have to wait for a whole day (may be till 7pm) to meet Doctor. Only recommended to either who have personal relation with staff and security guards or who can spend extra money as bribe to staff.
If u only want to waste your money.. U can go there.. Only name exists.. Three 2 times corna test but not touch patient. It is very wonderful and surpursing There is only loot in hospital. Whole day wasting
Pathetic service The Doctor is really good. But the way of getting the appointment and his staff behaviour is really bad. In this tech era of you are forcing the patient to struggle in getting the appointments. Work on customer centricity.
I visited in hospital on 10 nth Aug 2021 by 6 am.My name was added in the que.After waiting of 5 PM it has come notice that check up will be done by 7 PM . Hospital staff is totally labour class.They are attending those persons who are giving extra money.jaisa malik hoga vaise hi unke staff honge.Paiso ke bhule doctors aur unka staff.
