Overall experience is good. Staff is Co-operative, Friendly and very helpful. Good hygenic food. The area of ward is crowded. Needs more area and ventilation. Needs improvement there. Other than this everything is good. Thank you very much for the excellent care and service.

But request was thank fully attended duly. Insurance discharge procedure very slow Needs more lifts in hospital, existing lift system very congested.

My grandmother had an operation here and the staff was very very caring, affectionate and friendly. They took very good care of her while she was admitted post-op. The rooms' cleanliness and general hygiene is also quite good and everyone is very cooperative. But the prices are a tad bit high though))
