If you really want to save lives, then the best you can do as a doctor is to close your ICU. Stop admitting critical patients when you know that you neither have the infrastructure nor a trained staff to give the care, these patients deserve. Empathy is zero in the nursing staff. I will never get my dearest father back. But I want to do my bit so that other precious lives are saved.

Worst hospital ever seen, 3rd class staff , unorganized staff, untrainted staff, they abuse their patients, they touches their lady patient in wrong ways, gives wrong medical advices and medicines to their patients, all they try as much to make the patient condition worst instead of cureing them so that they can receive as much long unnecessary bills form family members . They threatens their patients .please don't go atleast in this hospital if u want your patient to be in safe hands & back with u to home in good condition. Once u visit here the chances of saving your loved ones is less than 10% . Please take this as waring otherwise u will surely regret afterwards .
