Hospital is good as location wise. Proper cleaning in some areas and sanatization is maintained and space is pretty well. So many wards and cabins available for patients. Lift is also there. Service:- According to price and charges services are not worth. Charges are so high for a general or middle class person. Bed facility is not well Staff also need improvement like behaviour wise few are not that good. Water facility is not that good or well maintained. Washroom gates can't be locked,and not even clean. Location:- Near Rose garden,infront of tagore public school and all the facilities are available nearby.
Worst service from Reception, they don't even know the thing, hospital has appointed most uneducated person for reception. Reception is most important part of hospital to know the things of hospital but how to attend, what to reply and the way of replying is worst from reception. Reception person take there own sweet time like anything to give OPD registration, even if there is a long queue or urgency, they don't bother about it. Summarize the review, they should appoint proper and good staff for hospital, otherwise Dr's are best and having best knowledge from there respective field. Thank you
