Very polite and well behaved staff across Gurgaon. Let us appreciate their thankless service. As a Citizen we need to obey traffic rules and bring discipline ourself before we criticize them. They do put efforts to help us, we dont put seat belt, no mask , not stopping or slowing down for yellow (red is MUST stop), we smoke - when we questioned or ask us to follow, we jump or shout at them, misbehaving to them. When accept our fault or polite or make apology if error committed, they do allow us further with warning. Its our system, please. What we do now, our children are observing, they need to see us as a ROLE MODEL. Will everyone dont follow strict rules outside India from the Day-1, do we complain? Its our duty to follow and bring change in the society. Thanks my friends.
very bad experience, challan officer asked for bribery i didn't gave him so he put my card to himself and when i collected it from this office it has been punched (a hole indicating warning) even though the challan was for number plate not for violating traffic rules.
Hello friends I visit today hear you don't believe me that I staff is very friendly and educated.I was reach their almost 8:30 morning but 1 batch starting time is 9:30 and I expend total time 3 hour till my visit time. Neeche comments ko read kar ke apne dimag main galat soch na banayain. Apne documents pure rakhain. Note- Lekar Kiya Jana hai 1- Chalan slip 2- I'd proof soft copy 3- Your ATM Card for payment no cash 4- minimum 3 hour time. 5- Keep cool on window number 2
Worst Experience! It shows that it opens 24hours but they say it open from Monday to Saturday from 9.30am - 3.30pm.
Went on Saturday to Pay a challan and the process was very seamless, first went to Basement to watch the video (25-30) mins, then asked to go to the designated window to submit the payment. They don’t accept cash, payment only through Debit or Credit Card. Please do carry XEROX Copy of ID proof of the person who’s documents are submitted. In few cases they ask for copy of RC, Pollution And Driving Licence copy as well. I was free in an hour.
