The staff are polite and guide you through the whole process of the complete health check up. Value for money. But should improve on their organisation. Its chaotic during weekends so plan accordingly.
Very good service. For the last 5 years I am going there for Annual Health Check-up. Doctors and counter staff members are polite and they are doing a very good job. I recommended this Diagnostics centre to many of my colleagues and relatives.
Overall it is good. But for some of the tests there is lot of waiting time due to non availability of staff. They call people from outside for some tests. So even though you have finished all other tests you still have to wait a longer time for one or two tests. Overall it took 4 hours for me for 6 non-path tests. I finished 5 tests in 1 and half hours. But only for 1 test I had to wait for another 2 hours. Also they made a mistake in my name after taking my ID proof and they are blaming me for not correcting it as soon as receipt was generated. Why did u take the ID proof then????
For taking the blood sample they have taken 40 minutes and there was only one girl to take the blood. Instead on Sundays it would have been better if two nurses were their to extract the blood. It is also better to improve the hygiene in clumax and to speed up billing which took 20 minutes for me.
Good service. Nicely maintained. When it's rush, a little more care on people management would be much better to which is already a good service..
