The Male Receptionist at the counter doesn't have basic etiquette manners to speak to the attenders who come to the center along with the patient,lady receptionist was busy scrolling her smart phone.We need to follow up to understand when is our turn for any scanning. The blood sample collection guy was also wandering and once when he saw the patient on wheel chair that's when he decided to collect the samples. Overall the staff needs to be trained on how to interact and they need to show some empathy towards the patients/ attenders who visit the centre. Visited the centre twice unfortunately the experience has been very bad . Not sure if the staff members are trained. The moment you get the car near the entrance the gatekeeper says you can't park the car give us some breathing time to get the patient inside the premises.

The diagnostic centre is well maintained. The staff is polite and treat customers/patients very well. The reports are made available very timely. good response & caring for all employees

Very professional, Mr. Lokesh gave a speedy response and followed up on the reports too. Sent a lab tech to collect sample within minutes. Really appreciate it and thank you !

For the first time i had no issues with Clumax n Mr. Deeraj was very clear in his terms as to what is working n what not in order to avoid conflicts. All the test were done quickly. Few machines were not working but they had no clue when it will be fixed n gave a time frame of ten days n above. They need to work on fixing such things on priority n not delay like this to avoid waste of time
