Wonderful experience with Apollo Cradle Great experience as a first timer. I barely waited to be helped when I checked in. The staff is professionally trained and were all very friendly and helpful. I especially liked how Dr. Garima really took her time to explain my conditions with me as well as my treatment options. I had a great visit and the doctor’s has really put me at ease so I highly recommend this hospital. They ensured I had a smooth and normal delivery. I am so glad I chose Apollo Cradle and would highly recommend to anyone.
Very safe and hygienic place , doctors and nursing staff are very helpful. Management staff is very good compared to other hospitals in area. Mr. Prabhakar being very helpful ,kind , generous and easily accessible all the times. We had very good experience and strongly recommend to friends. Taking one star down only due to lab testing and reports delays but I think its acceptable compared to overall experience
I would love to share my experience about my maternity days with Apollo cradle. Having baby there was the best thing me and my husband could do❤️❤️. I was a patient of Dr Teena(Gynaecologist) who was really caring about my maternity days. I should really appreciate for her excellent patience and explanation towards the issues to her patients.🙏 I loved how the staff treated me with complete kindness. Its one of the well maintained and hygiene hospital I can assure you on that part. Had a very good pregnancy experience during pandemic days.. I would love to thank Apollo cradle for giving me the best experience of being a mother.
I recommend doctor Dr Manasa Reddy. I got my delivery in November 2019. The facilities are good. About Dr Manasa Reddy, she is extremely understanding and very experienced. Did not face any challenge while discussing any issues regarding my pregnancy. Was friendly in nature. Was very relaxed being in an experienced hand like her. Want to recommend her to everyone possible. I was more than happy to be treated by her. My pregnancy journey became smoother because of her guidance and treatment.
Was admitted here for our Son’s delivery. A very nice facility with a very friendly staff. Nursing staff especially have been so caring and helpful. Special thanks to the housekeeping staff for always ensuring a clean and hygienic environment during this pandemic situation. I was reluctant initially about the cafeteria here, but then it turned out to be one of the best experience I had in the hospital. They are not extravagant with options here, but whatever they have is surely healthy and tasty. A special thanks to the management team for addressing my concerns so promptly. Overall a great experience. A suggestion to consider would be to have a more stricter enforcement of wearing mask, especially among the by-standers. I could see some of them roaming without masks. I would consider this as extremely risky especially because the facility primarily has women and children with a weaker immune system. Thanks for your service Apollo Cradle.
