The experience was totally great. Mr.David took care of the whole process from admission to providing room etc. He was fabulous. Doctors & nurses were also so attentive to our concerns. And best treatment was provided.
I had visited Fortis for my yearly medical checkup and it was a hassle free visit. The service and hospitality provided by the OPD wing, doctors and attendants was very good, at every point of the way they were patient and polite. The movement from one test to the other is smooth and quick. I would recommend visiting early to avoid the crowd. I would definitely recommend Fortis Vadapalani branch for your yearly health checkups.
The hospital is very fine on all aspects other than service. The water didn't arrive on time (sometimes not at all). The food provided was of minimal quantity. Any request to the management takes several minutes/ hours! PS. The TV has only free channels - for what purpose they charge so much for a room where a patient can't distract himself for a while?!

We admitted our grandfather recently there. The care and the services are so good. The hospital was clean and hygiene. The care given by doctors and nurses are excellent and doctors are also transparent. Every problem was clearly explained to us in a open manner. Thanks for that to Dr.Kavita. Every formalities and billing process are taken care by MOD department. That really helped us a lot and I appreciate that. Mr.David from MOD department helped us a lot in billing and discharging process with respect and really thanks for that. I recommend them for both in patient and also for out patient.
